After hearing about the devastation in Haiti and with the death toll now zeroing in on 200,000.. I figured there was something our store could do to help.
Me and my fellow employees decided that we would set up a donation box for our customers and ourselves to donate to.
We found a local charity The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, who are taking donations for the victims of the Haitian Earthquake. Every penny donated to Clothing Xchange will go straight to aiding Haiti. This is a very pressing matter, and I feel that this will give everyone who doesn’t know how to help a chance to do so. The need for everyone’s support grows more urgent with each hour, so please donate as much money as you can.
As a token of our appreciation you will receive 10% off your entire purchase, when you donate $1.00 or more to our donation box. Please educate yourselves on what is going on in the world.
Make a difference in your community, make a difference to someone who is in need during this horrific disaster.
